Old School Video Games

Well, time to live out my dreams of having every video game system I ever wanted.  Growing up in the golden age of videogames (late 70's early 80's) I became quite the addict.  As my brother would confirm a bit of an asshole, you know selfish playing all the time, not sharing being an overall jerk.  Our parents did their best keeping us up with technology (well, they fell off the wagon as of late) but we were lucky enough to have an Atari 2600 (wood grain) and about 30 games (Combat and Donkey Kong FTW).  Of course being a kid, dad never let us play as much as we wanted to - so when we did... man, I never wanted to let it go.

Time passed and the Nintendo (NES) came out.  Shaun and I REALLY wanted one (moreso me - please note the selfishness) but it did not happen.  Fast forward to Christmas 1989 -- Santa got Shaun and I a Sega Genesis!!

Finally we were on top of the gaming world!

And again, jerk older brother had a hard time sharing..

Not sure about anyone else, but due to $$$ our family said we have a SEGA and that is all we will have... so alas, no Nintendo for us... lol

Long into for me to say selfish Jason is aquiring all the older systems.  I may be older, but I love that crap.

As of writing I have an:

Atari 2600
Nintendo (NES)
Super Nintendo (SNES)
N64
Wii
Sega GENESIS
Sega CD
Sega DREAMCAST
Sony Playstation (PSX)
Sony Playstation 2 (PS2)
Microsoft XBOX
Microsoft XBOX 360

And assorted games...

Masterplan = basement reno, RETRO styles.. haha... My wife will kill me.. haha
